Food Safety Level 1
This will provide delegates with a Food Safety awareness and it has also been designed to help the food and catering industries to provide training to a safe level for those who perform "low risk" tasks such as clearing tables, maintaining stores, "meals on wheels" and other similar duties.
Who it is for:
This course is for anybody wishing to have an awareness of food hygiene.
What you will learn:
- The need for food hygiene
- Food poisoning bacteria
- Hygiene procedures
Delegates will be assessed through completion of a multiple choice assessment paper.
Successful delegates will be issued with a certificate awarded by the Royal Society for Promotion of Health (RSPH). The certificate is valid for 3 years.
