Food Safety Level 1

This will provide delegates with a Food Safety awareness and is a basic qualification appropriate for

anybody wishing to have an awareness of food hygiene. It has also been designed to help the food and catering industries to provide training to a safe level for those who perform "low risk" tasks such as clearing tables, maintaining stores, "meals on wheels" and other similar duties.

How is it assessed?

There is an MCQ examination at the end of the course. This paper is then marked externally by the Royal Society for Promotion of Health (RSPH). Successful candidates will then be awarded a certificate valid for 3 years.
